How we work.
Six phases from the first message to day-to-day running.

Before we start
A written scope with a quote
Scope, order and timeline are set before any work begins.
Six phases
Discover
Business, audience, market, current assets.
We learn how you sell today, who buys and where the path breaks. Nothing is designed yet.
Position
What you say, to whom, and why it's believable.
A clear offer and message hierarchy that every later asset (site, film, ad, email) inherits.
Create
Art direction, copy, imagery, film.
One visual system with fixed rules, so every format looks like the same brand.
Build
Website, commerce, integrations, automation.
Designed and built by MVXIM itself: fast, accessible, measurable and connected to your tools.
Launch
Release, campaigns, tracking in place.
Go live with media, creative and landing pages planned together, and measurement working from day one.
Grow
Test, learn, improve, automate.
The system keeps compounding: new creative, better conversion, fewer manual steps every cycle.
Ways of working together
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a written scope. You know what you're getting before work begins.
Project
A defined build with a fixed scope: a website, a launch, a campaign, a workflow.
Ongoing
Monthly growth, creative and content work that keeps improving what's live.
Build & run
We build the system, then operate it with you: site, media, creative and automation together.
After launch
A new website is a starting point, not a result. We run the media, creative and landing pages that bring people to it, and keep improving each of them against what the data shows.
We don't quote results before we've seen your numbers. We do show you exactly what we test, what we learn and what we change next.
Questions about the process
How much of my own time should I plan for?
Mainly for the first conversation, the approvals after design and build, and the sign-off before going live. The written scope says exactly what is needed.
Who checks the work before it goes live?
MVXIM checks the work against the points set out in the written scope. You then sign it off before it goes live.
How does payment work?
For projects, usually 50% on order and 50% after acceptance; ongoing work is billed monthly in advance. Any deviation is set out in the quote.
How does acceptance work?
Once we notify you that the work is finished, you review it and accept it within ten working days unless there are material defects.
